Deadline by November 15th
To be considered for Christmas sponsorship, all applications must be submitted by November 15th.
The only EXCEPTION will be brand new cases, which can apply as they come into care. Foster Parents and Case Managers you can fill out the application for child(ren). Please submit forms ASAP. Applications are assigned on first come, first serve basis.
Criteria:
This application is only available for children and youth currently in foster care.
Exemptions:
Young adults who aged out of foster care within the last 2 years may be referred. You may also fill out a separate application for children who qualify for in home services through the Dept of Health and Welfare.
Our Christmas program assists foster children who are receiving little to no Christmas presents, as well as, helping ease the financial burden on foster parents. We provide each child with gifts and a special stocking from Santa. If the child you are referring will be receiving an adequate Christmas or has been referred to another agency, please do not submit this application.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted and will delay the child’s application.
- Applications are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Submitting an application is not a guarantee of Christmas sponsorship - we will always do our best.
